Crossroads Xpress is a growing company that contracts with FedEx Ground. We are currently accepting applications for a full time Ground Drivers in Florence, Lexington, Anderson, Rogersville, Salem, Elkmont, Oakland, Athens and Madison, AL .

DO YOU QUALIFY? Have safe driving skills in either a commercial transit van or a larger delivery vehicle (Box truck or Cargo Van), basic technical skills with a scanner (can be taught), be comfortable working with a GPS and maps, and have enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.

PAY FOR PERFORMANCE: Pay will start between $145.00 - $180.00 per day. $2000 SIGN ON BONU$.

This job is very physical (throw your gym membership away! it's not needed anymore!), our route drivers enjoy their jobs due to customer relationships and independence during the day. They are highly self-motivated. We believe that our professional drivers should be respected and not micromanaged... come work for a company that pays well and supports you and your individual needs.

PROGRESSION: If it's important to you, we spend a lot of time coaching you on a professional track, too -- future fleet managers, safety managers and maintenance managers are welcome!

OPPORTUNITY: We have 150 vehicles in 6 fleets in 3 terminals in middle-TN and AL so we have lots of opportunities for you.

In order to qualify, applicants MUST:

- Have one solid year of verifiable driving experience from employment within the last 3 years. Please do not apply if you do not have driving experience from a job. Please list all of your driving experience on your resume!

- Have a clean Motor Vehicle Record

- Be at least 21 years old

- Pass a drug test/background check

- Pass a professional driving test

- Pass a DOT physical if you are applying for a step van position

- Possess a class D license.
