We are seeking a reliable and responsible Sample Delivery Driver to join our team at Mobile, Alabama.

The Sample Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting samples, specimens, or goods to and from various locations. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of samples, maintaining proper documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify necessary documentation, such as delivery receipts, manifests, or signatures, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Adhere to confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive or confidential materials.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Safely and efficiently transport samples, specimens, or goods to designated locations using company-provided vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service by professionally interacting with clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and any special instructions.
• Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages or samples up to a certain weight limit.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as required.
