Amazon Delivery Associates

QARI (Quincy Asian Resources, Inc.) is a not-for-profit social service organization which provides
immigrants opportunities to succeed through a broad range of human services and initiatives since
2001. In 2018, QARI established its Workforce Enterprise program. This innovative workforce model
provides our partners with workforce funnels and employee retention services, data and intelligence to
scale their impact, and connection with immigrant employees by providing QARI’s integrated social
services to the employees at their place of employment.

QARI partners with business leaders across all sectors, and has expanded its service offerings
outside of Quincy to Boston, Lowell, the Merrimack Valley, and New York City over the past three
years. We are now expanding our operations to Providence, RI and are seeking strong team
members to support our new Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) initiative.

We are looking for enthusiastic, team players to join our growing delivery team. Delivery Associates
strive to deliver every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time. We offer full and part-time
opportunities. This position is based in Providence, RI.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Hours/Week Category: Full Time or Part Time
Reports To: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle at all times.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered.
  • Able to get in and out of a van and walk up and down stairs throughout your shift.
  • Must be dependable and show up for your assigned shift.
  • Use the handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Be customer-centric. We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • US work authorization
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Valid driver's license

We have openings for both weekday, evenings and weekend shifts. Typically, you would work 4 shifts
per week which is considered full time.
