Job Description

Who we are?
DnA Logistics Inc. is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages.

What we are looking for?
Delivery Associates that strive to get every order to the customer’s door safely and on-time.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Transmit clear and timely communication with the dispatcher
  • Prompt, Safe, & Accurate Deliveries
  • Receive and understand communication from the dispatcher
  • Apply solution-oriented approaches when faced with a customer inquiry, request, or concern
  • Assist in training other team members, as needed
  • Always interact in a positive and professional manner while delivering products to customers’ homes, retail stores, and business locations
  • Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times
  • Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles
  • Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Have a positive attitude and be a team player
  • Lift packages up to 50lbs
  • Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
  • Possess a valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record within state of employment
  • Load and unload packages to be delivered
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
  • Have great interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
