Job Description

CDL-A Company Truck Drivers

Trimac Transportation is a North American leader in the bulk transportation industry. With over 140 locations and 75 years of service with safety, Trimac offers career progression, competitive pay, benefits, and job security.
We're currently seeking Company Truck Drivers for our operation in Downey, California. If you are looking for a safety-oriented company that provides consistent, year-round work partner with Trimac Transportation.
  • Please note, you do not have to live in Downey, California to apply


  • Please note Trimac honors current medical cards.

Truck Driver Pay:
  • $1,500 Sign-on Bonus
  • Load detention pay, breakdown pay
  • $3,500 Referral Bonus
  • $1800-$2200 per week

Truck Driver Hours:

  • Dedicated lanes 1 week home but able to touch home every couple of days
  • 2300 miles per week

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated lanes from Springfield, OR to Shafter, CA
  • Hauling non-haz resin
  • Able to crossborder into Canada is a plus but not required

Experience/Requirements:

  • 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Valid ClassA Commercial Driver's License
  • Passport a plus
  • Tanker, Hazmat Endorsement Required

Your Profile:
Past 7 years without:

  • A preventable rollover or fatality crash
  • Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances

Past 3 years without:

  • Two or more moving convictions
  • License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
  • A major preventable accident
