Requirements
  • National license (with official English Translation if in any other language)
  • STCW endorsement (78 as amended in 1995) for same, with official English Translation if in any other language
  • Flag State License*
  • GMDSS ‚ National and Flag State*
  • Radar /ARPA Certificate
  • Certificate of Proficiency in Survival Craft Advanced Firefighting Certificate
  • Crisis Management & Human Behavior
  • Crowd Management
  • Medical First Aid and Medical care
  • Passport Identity Page & visas when applicable
  • Proof of sea time ‚ copies of seaman book or other proof of sea time
  • Fluency in the English Language
  • STCW Certificates as applicable for position being applied for.
  • Valid MLC Medical
  • Cruise Management International operates vessels under Bahamian, Liberian, Panamanian and Cayman Island registry. In order to sign on, a Flag State License is required. Once employment is confirmed the Company will assist in applying for licensing.
