Please consider being a Guest Service Representative (GSR) with the Nothing Bundt Cakes family. The guest service representative role involves assisting guests in person and over the phone with planning for special occasions, events or an every day family dinner. GSR's will also perform tasks for the crafting department, some light cleaning and some clerical duties.
We are currently filling both full time and part time positions. Our store hours are 9am-6:30pm Mon-Fri, and 10am-6pm Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Maintain a strong knowledge of NbC's products, prices, and promotions
• Gather guest's email addresses for the email club
• Assist guests with orders while using creative solutions
• Keep retail area clean, swept, and neatly merchanised, and
• Uphold NbC's image and brand
• Operate and balance (POS) point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with completing duties from crafting department, as needed, such as making design pieces and bows.
• Introduce walk-in guests to our bakery and our products
• Assist other departments when necessary
• Suggest related retail items, including candles and cards
• Abide by all NbC policies and procedures
• Assist phone guests by answering questions and placing incoming orders
• Keep display case in retail area stocked with cakes and sample trays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
