Daycare Infant Teachers Jobs

Thank you for viewing our job advertisement. We are looking to add to our team of infant care takers for the age group of 6 weeks to 18 months of age. The position we are looking to fill is a full time infant support teacher that would join our team of infant teachers helping with care taking, curriculum preparation and breaks for our infant teachers. Our infant ratios are very low at Primrose; two teachers for 8 infants in our youngest infant classrooms and two teachers to 10 in our young toddler classroom.
We are fortunate to be well staffed as we enter the back to school season. Our team includes 3 full-time mangers and two on-site owners to support our team of educators. One very big advantage to working at a Primrose School is that the curriculum for each age group is already professionally written for each age group and includes all of the supplies needed. We offer top notch training and do not believe in having newly hired teachers begin in the classroom on day one. Daily Responsibilities:

• Committing to continuing education.
• Meeting the individual's needs of the children
• Implementing prepared lesson plans.
• Building teamwork.
• Teachers are responsible for ensuring compliance with Primrose's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards.
• Parent communication.
• Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
• Using assessment tools to guide individual instruction and adapt to children's individual needs.
• Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.

• In total, our PTO and Paid Holidays package gives employees the opportunity to have up to an extra 17 days off, PAID!!
• We offer up to 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per calendar year. This is equivalent to 10 paid days off per calendar year.
