Responsibilities:

As a Data Center Manager, you will:

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Implement best practices for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain data center policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of two data centers in New Jersey.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of all critical infrastructure.
• Lead a talented team of data center technicians and engineers.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience managing data centers, preferably in financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of data center technologies, including power and cooling systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.

Base $225K-$300K + Bonus.
