Description

This position will provide support for assessing campaign effectiveness and campaign optimization. This individual will be required to effectively articulate results to internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, member experience, marketing, and leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support for Government Operations – Member Experience

• Deliver all analytic initiatives and requests prioritized by key business partner

• Design, measure, and analyze campaigns and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders

• Develop and implement effective/strategic solutions through exploration, analysis, and modeling of data

• Presenting results and possible areas for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or similar field

• 2+ years hands-on expertise with Big Data technologies and relational databases

• Proficient user skills in Excel and Word is required

• Experience in programming with analytical tools such as Python or R

• 2+ years of experience performing, managing, and delivering on data science projects/initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in quantitative field

• Professional experience with applying machine learning techniques

• Healthcare industry experience

• Experience within Marketing setting

• Professional experience with big data

• Professional experience utilizing analytic tools in a distributed data environment

• Tableau experience
