Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for optimization, improvement, and innovation through data exploration and experimentation.
- Conduct thorough data analysis, modeling, and interpretation to extract valuable insights and drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A higher degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data processing libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in data science and analytics.
