Qualifications:

• Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority.
• Experience in leading data science, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics projects.
• Must be able to interact and collaborate at all levels within an organization, including cross-divisional working groups and outside entities.
• Expertise in Python, SQL and/or other programming language(s ).
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization; strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills; should be able to effectively communicate ideas in executive level decks.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required.
• Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools such as SAS/Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau, Qualtrics .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Client or other operational and/or learning processes.

Responsibilities:

• Practices safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
• Lead analytics solutions for complex business problems and learning activities
• Help develop and implement analytics solutions to disseminate data and analysis to reduce risk and enhance operational and people focused capabilities
• The Program Leader Data Analytic s, will provide strategic and tactical analytic support for the Learning organization and entire division by creating insights and decision-making recommendations from large datasets produced by the learning activities of agents across the operation.
• Support product and learning development by working closely with product owners to use metrics and reporting to guide new projects and enhancements.
• Partner with Information Technology to optimize and enhance the database environment for optimal efficiency and best practices
• The Program Leader will also provide data validation, visualization, reporting and dashboard support for leaders throughout the organization so they may quickly and effectively manage learning solutions and operational capabilities.
• Build complex data sets from multiple data sources, both internally and externally
• Expert knowledge in statistical analysis and data story telling. The candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, have solid knowledge in predictive modeling, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
