• Document metadata including data definitions, data flows, data quality metrics, and business rules;
• Coordinate database analysis, design, and information flow with Information Systems resources;
• Manage implementation of Information System solutions;
• Provide training, maintenance, and monitoring for data applications.
• Define appropriate metrics and methods to measure the quality of data;
• Coordinate project management activities and provide leadership in the design, implementation and maintenance of data management systems and documentation;
• Assist information users including data architects, data analysts, and business leaders in understanding the relationships between data, processes, and outcomes to identify areas of potential improvement and support department goals; and
• Define quality standards and business rules for data management;
• Act as a data steward in assuring data is fit for intended purposes;
• Write technical specifications and scope documents for developers to implement projects and follow through the life cycle of IT projects;
• Work to resolve data quality issues;

Position may also telecommute from any location in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cleaning, analyzing and visualizing data in R scripting language
• Knowledge of Jira and Tableau
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
• Knowledge of handling tickets and requests in ServiceNow and Jira
• Knowledge of AccessHub (Saviynt)
• Knowledge of database analysis, design, and information flow
• Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On application PingID
• Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle

Salary (Annual): $82,472.00

Work Location: 36 S. State St., Suite 2200, Salt Lake City, UT 84111, position may also telecommute from any location in the United States

Hours of work: Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
