Coordinate Vendor Involvement Through the Integration 30%

You will coordinate directly with PMS vendors to schedule resourcing for PMS integrations. You will

communicate requirements to vendors (and property if applicable) prior to the integration taking

place. This role requires timely and appropriate communication to ensure the completion of

deadlines to ensure the flow of the customer journey is maintained. Sometimes vendors can be

unresponsive, your role requires you are proactive at reaching out and reengaging with vendors on

a regular basis to ensure movement of the integration.

Coordinate with Actabl Team 30%

You will work closely with the Technical Support Specialists from our team to ensure their

availability for the agreed upon dates for integrations. You will provide support as needed with

testing of integrations for the support team. You will work closely with the implementation

specialists and implementation lead to communicate updates/challenges with integrations and

provide any troubleshooting of integrations prior to and throughout the implementation process.

Ensure you are up to date with any new PMS integrations as they are released to GA.

Configuration of Properties & Integration 30%

You will generate the instance of ALICE and ensure it is prepped for all integrations scheduled. You

will be available to assist with integrations based on capacity to ensure completion of these within

the agreed timeline and need. You will be responsible for reviewing the work of the TSS to ensure

the proper setup of the integration prior to the training taking place.

Maintain Calendar & Integration Status Tickets 10%

You will own the integrations calendar and be responsible for maintaining upkeep on integrations

and have knowledge of availability for scheduling. In this role you will be responsible for the

creation, updates, and completion of all #PMSIntegration tickets in Jira to ensure appropriate

tracking and referenceable notes for all PMS integrations.

REQUIREMENTS & IMPACT:

A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience leading Saas technical

implementation projects or similar experience within the hotel industry. The position can be

located anywhere in the United States and reports directly to the Director of Implementation.

Salary Range: $55,000-$63,000
