Duties

• Enters alpha and numeric data using key-to-disk standalone equipment, PCs, and other data entry terminals
• Operates data entry devices, verifies data, performs related clerical duties, and/or prepares documentation for data entry by assigning numerical codes to entry items and verifies accuracy. Includes rating/coding.

Experience

• 1 Year - Demonstrated effective keyboard skills; able to navigate with a computer/systems-dependent environment without
• Assistance; experience in a window-based computer environment preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedure coding and ICD9 coding preferred

Education

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
