Title: Data Entry Technician
Term: 6 Months Contract
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Long term contract opportunity in Cedar Rapids, IA for a Data Entry Technician who will be responsible for resolving basic customers' service and obtaining customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased. Will also apply basic skills in the execution of existing procedures. This will be an onsite role.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sales team with regard to customer concerns.
• Data entry on shared data files.
• Archive files.
• Perform duties related to overall customer service.
• Work under direct supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Consistently document customer service needs to identify patterns and maintain quality.
• File completed Service Notifications with all Customer Documentation.
• Scan incoming customer documentation.
• Monitor a Group Email and forward emails to the appropriate team to work.
• Print delivery documentation.
• Obtain customers' names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased.

Qualifications

• Must have an AA/AS degree.
• 2+ years of data entry experience.
