As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Reimbursement team by providing efficient and accurate administrative support. Your responsibilities will include data entry, filing, record compilation, and photocopying, ensuring that department procedures are followed meticulously.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support in accordance with department procedures.
Perform routine clerical tasks, including accurate data entry, filing, record compilation, and photocopying.
Scan all reimbursement documentation into patient financial charts and maintain organized electronic records.
Follow up on claims submissions to ensure timely receipt.
Copy and distribute EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and other necessary documentation.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as follow-up calls on claims, coordinating office supplies, and arranging meetings or travel.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in data entry.
Exceptional typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
