• The role’s primary responsibilities will be to support the Research Engagement Services inquiry team.
• Some responsibilities will also require the individual to route e-mails and tickets.
• Responsibilities will include email box monitoring, service request creation, and routing of requests.
• Individual will manage a shared email box and enter information into a database that tracks interactions between Client and their clients.

Notes:

• The role is fully remote for now, but applicants must be within a “commutable distance” (2-hour drive) of either Ft. Myers Florida.
