Job Description

Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. is a public American pharmaceutical company focused on the development of bempedoic acid, an orally available small molecule designed to lower elevated levels of LDL-C. The company is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan.


Esperion was founded in 2008. Since then, our teams have worked diligently to discover, develop, and commercialise innovative medicines to help improve outcomes for patients with or at risk for cardiovascular and cardio-metabolic diseases.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Documentation and maintenance of accurate records related to data entry and other job duties, as required by company policy or regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance with cGMP guidelines and all applicable regulations, including completion of required training.
  • Maintains and promotes a positive and professional working relationship with associates and management.
  • Accurate and timely entry of clinical product data into relevant databases or systems.
  • May assist with inbound call volume as received.
  • Logs information into appropriate database and triages all program specific mail to the appropriate reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist and/or management team.
  • Regular communication with supervisor or other team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and to address any issues or concerns.
  • Complies with all appropriate program policies and procedures.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Typically receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercise judgment within defined standard operating procedures to determine appropriate action.
  • Responsible for payer research and territory assignment management.
  • Maintains effective systems to support the timely release of accurate information to diverse clients.
  • Responsible for the intake of all programs specific correspondence including mail, inbound faxed documents.
  • Distributes reports daily disseminating information to appropriate distribution vendors reimbursement case advocate, reimbursement specialist and/or management team.
  • Identification and reporting of any errors or discrepancies in the data entered and working with the appropriate team members to resolve these issues.



EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


Previous 1+ years of professional work experience in a customer service or healthcare environment.


MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $48.00 per hour
