Data Entry Specialist
Who are we?
The Administrative Coordinator I performs office and administrative duties supporting site operations. This position provides an advanced level of expe1iise and support in multiple areas, which include Data Entry, and Quality Control as well as supp01iing the Source Documents Development area(s).
Essential Functions:
- Manages assignments independently communicating and coordinating with site members to facilitate successful completion.
- Conducts all activities in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) standards, Good Documentation Practices (GDPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Control (QC) procedures, OSHA guidelines and other state and local regulations as applicable, ensuring strict compliance at all times.
- Performs administrative and office support functions, including but not limited to, word processing, creating spreadsheets and updating record retention files, copying, filing, compiling of study records and archiving of records.
- Provides administrative support as a member of, and in support of, the site team's operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
Experience:
- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently; bilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Access)
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical support or office management environment.
- Able to coordinate workloads to meet extremely tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, administrative, organizational, presentation, and time management skills.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
- Able to maintain professionalism at all times and the ability to work with internal and external clients to maintain excellent professional relationships.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to do the following for extended periods of time: sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, carrying, and lifting materials and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
