We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Medical industry. This exciting role will involve working with a vast array of data, requiring a keen eye for detail and an in-depth understanding of data management. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating our database, ensuring the accuracy and validity of information. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of DOT regulations, and possesses exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Conduct contractor audits, ensuring all operations are compliant with DOT and Non-DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in data management processes.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, demonstrating strong time management skills.
• Monitor and audit emails to ensure all communications are compliant with company and industry regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including preparing reports and presentations.
• Manage and respond to bounce back emails promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the company’s database, ensuring that all information is current and valid.
• Thoroughly review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry role, preferably within the medical industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot data inconsistencies and errors.
• Experience in scheduling, handling bounce back emails, and conducting contractor audits.
• Proficient in DOT and Non-DOT regulations.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks.
