Data Entry Specialist / Entry Level - Remote

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining data in our database, performing quality checks, and ensuring the accuracy of our data.
Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize data in our database and other data management systems
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry and management
• Enter and update data in our database with high accuracy and efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis as needed
• Develop and maintain effective data management processes and procedures
• Provide support to other team members as needed
• Assist with creating reports and data visualizations
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identify areas for improvement in data entry and management and provide recommendations for enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or errors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with data management systems and databases
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience in data entry or related field
• Knowledge of basic programming languages, such as SQL, is a plus
