What You'll Do
As a part-time Data Entry Specialist, Claims Processing, you will play a crucial role in our claims processing and service network teams. You will assist Customer Service Representatives in preparing claims for processing and procuring parts for various consumer products. This includes managing queues, ordering parts, responding to emails, following up on shipments, and monitoring inventory levels. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure accurate and efficient data entry, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain spreadsheets to track customer information and orders
Transfer hard copy data into a digital database
Update customer information in a database accurately and efficiently
Organize and verify existing data in spreadsheets
Communicate with vendors via email to obtain updates on parts and product information
Research customer accounts to verify protection plans and terms
Provide occasional administrative support as needed
Review claims for deficiencies and errors
Support data entry across departments on an ad-hoc basis
Maintain data integrity through regular quality checks and audits
Retrieve and research information from the internet
Respond to requests for information promptly and access relevant files
Demonstrate a passion for exceptional customer service
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
Strong computer and technology literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Superb organizational and follow-up skills
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities
Intermediate typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Clear and efficient communication skills for updating records
Bilingual Abilities (English & Spanish) Preferred, But Not Required
Employment contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug test
Work Environment & Schedule
This role is based in our high-volume inbound call center located in North Richland Hills, TX. Our Protection Service Center operates from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday, offering multiple shifts. While the initial training and nesting period will be on-site, we provide a hybrid work schedule for flexibility once training is completed.
