Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Force Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computers and possess excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with sales representatives and directors. As a Sales Force Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the proper alignment of opportunities and quotes within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry to support our sales processes and overall business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data Validation: Perform regular data checks and verification to ensure the integrity and correctness of information within Salesforce.
- Compliance: Adhere to data protection and privacy policies to safeguard sensitive information.
- Communication: Collaborate closely with sales representatives and directors to gather necessary information, clarify data details, and address any data-related concerns.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain sales-related data, including opportunities and quotes, into the Salesforce platform.
- Process Alignment: Ensure that all opportunities and quotes are appropriately aligned with relevant accounts and contacts in Salesforce.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve data entry issues, discrepancies, or errors in a timely and efficient manner.
- Data Maintenance: Regularly update and clean up outdated or redundant data to maintain a clean and organized database.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
- Proficient computer skills and understanding of basic software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve data-related issues.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with sales representatives and directors.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
