Job Description
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk / Virtual Assistant to help with maintaining a database of information and adding to it on a regular basis.


In this role, you will be responsible for:


  • Setting appointments
  • Maintaining a database of contacts
  • Helping contacts get the right information
  • Adhering to guidelines and standards
  • Speaking with contacts shortly to coordinate meetings and conversations
  • Taking notes for specific contacts


To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills:


  • Organization skills
  • Good working memory
  • Proficiency in multitasking
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with data entry
  • English fluency
  • Communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail


You will also need the following items to perform the responsibilities of this role:
