Data Entry Clerk - Remote

The Company offers commercial doors, hardware, toilet accessories, and voltage electronic security solutions, as well as provides installation and delivery services. We are looking for a qualified Data Entry Specialist to join our result-oriented team. In this role, you will help SDS successfully service the clients by achieving a high level of data accuracy and production. Responsibilities include:

• Strong organization, thoroughness, and attention to detail
• Results-driven and can work independently
• Ability to type 50+ words per minute and have a 10-key experience
• If remote: must have a personal laptop or PC with Windows XP or newer versions. Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection. Must be able to pass a teleworking audit proving secure/private workspace.
• Professionally interacting with other staff as needed
• Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using the constant supply of images
• Review and verify entered data meets or exceeds quality requirements
• Identifying document types based off the provided documentation
• Perform other basic office duties as assigned **What we require of you:**
• Ideal candidate will have data entry skills
• Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes
• Solid decision-making skills
• Proven ability to analyze information
• Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards
• Work until all tasks are completed for the day
