Job Description
Remote


Shift:8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday


Key Responsibilities


  • Main customer contact for purchase orders
  • Main contact with Order Entry team about purchase orders
  • Process purchase orders
  • Train to help in any other order support areas as needed


Minimum Requirements


  • Must be able to read and write fluently in English
  • Able to type 55+ words per minute
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent


Remote Work Will Require The Following


Work is currently remote, but may move back to the office when executive team chooses.


Equipment
  • 4 GB of RAM
  • Active anti‐virus software
  • Stable personal network at home.
  • Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.15
  • Internet plan that has 5Mbps up / 1Mbps down.
  • Employees must provide at their own cost: computer, monitor(s), 2 computer screens, mouse, headset, and internet connection, which meet the minimum requirements specified by the company's IT department:
