Compensation Range: $18/hr – 20/hr Commensurate with experience
Overview:
Housing Works seeks a Data Entry Clerk to primarily perform data entry, and occasionally coordinate data reporting, in support of BiTH (Be Into Health) Program. A Housing Works’ groundbreaking program for vulnerable and marginalized women with HIV. This position requires considerable amounts of data entry, as well as the ability to scrutinize data for accuracy. In time, additional projects will become available, such as coordinating data reporting for Housing Works. This position reports to Program Manager and works closely with the Program Team. A successful candidate will have a passion for precision, the ability to quickly master new systems, and a commitment to improving the health of people who are HIV+, a strong work ethic, superior organizational skills, and a team-oriented approach are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with all requirements surrounding client confidentiality
- Contribute to occasional events related to advocacy and/or health care initiatives such as The Undetectables
- Maintain data integrity by doing regular data review and clean-up
- Complete other projects as requested
- Enter program data into platforms including eSHARE, e-ICare, eCW, and/or proprietary systems
- Run reports from various databases
- Work with staff across programs, sites, and departments (e.g., case management, quality initiatives) to obtain data
- Associate degree, (with 2 years of experience) and/or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (with 1 year of experience)
