Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Durham, NC 27703

Contract: 12+ Month

Shift: Shift: 10am to 2pm or 8am to 12pm,Flexible Shifts.

Payrate: $30/hrs. on w2

Parttime: 20hrs a week

Responsibility:

  • Collaborate and build a Customer Quarterly Business Review presentation with the Sales team
  • Enter Supplier price increases into PCS ERP and build the customer quote
  • Leads the data management portion a Customer Requirement For Proposal and support entering product pricing
  • Follows established service quality standards and meets established processing times and follow-up actions in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Support end-of-year supplier cost changes and customer pricing renewals.
  • Proactively prevent pricing issues through daily report analysis and communication with the distribution services team, including daily re-pricing reports
  • Work with other departments within the Company such as Supply Chain, Sales, and Accounting.
  • Collaborate with other Sales Operations team members to build a self-direct and successful team.
  • Complete training to be proficient to perform established Sales Operation quality system procedures and to improve current processes.
  • Build and craft a process to quickly respond with Field Sales with request to coordinate documentation, supplier pricing inquiries, and related information to fulfill customer requests.
  • Setup new customers and new items in ERP

Minimum Requirement:

  • Experience connecting with a diverse number of departments and generated business results as a team.
  • Have a “Customer Service” approach to relationships with internal and external associates.
  • HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 1+ year customer service-related experience in a fast paced data-driven environment is required
  • Proficient with critical analysis and problem solving.
  • Digital literacy including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Ability to use Excel spreadsheet and perform data analysis is required.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills are helpful.
