Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Asheville, NC, 28803
Duration: 3 Months
Pay Rate: $23.00/Hr. to $24.00/Hr. On W2
Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • This position is not a remote role you have to visit to the office for work**

  • Our Laboratory Equipment products are used by pharmaceutical companies for drug discovery and development and by biotechnology companies and universities for life science research to advance the prevention and cure of diseases and to improve the quality of life Some of our products include ultra-low temperature freezers for maintaining samples in a cold environment to protect them from degradation, biological safety cabinets which enable technicians to handle samples without risk to themselves, and CO2 incubators which support the growth of cells in ideal conditions.
Job Summary
  • As the part of team, you have will performing some important tasks like helping Customer in finding cures for cancer, protecting the environment, and making sure that food is safe.
Responsibilities
  • May engage in process improvement activities.
  • Monitor a shared folder for new incoming quotes.
  • Add service SKUs for each LE product SKU in CPQ quote tool.
  • Use the Lab Equipment (LE) quote entry tool (CPQ / Big Machines) and a PowerBI report provided by our Service Team to input recommended service items (SKUs) for specific LE product SKUS.
  • Return quote to folder for next team to complete other tasks as needed.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Validate the automated solution for adding service SKUs to LE quotes when it is ready by comparing the new process to the manual process and noting differences, challenges, or opportunities to improve.
  • Look up service SKUs in PowerBI report.
  • Assign a quote to yourself.
Requirements
  • Experience: 0-1 years in relevant experience in data entry preferred
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Ability learns to enter data in various systems as needed.
  • Demonstrates ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Computer systems proficient
