Data Entry Clerk is responsible for transferring paper formats into computer files or database systems. Type in customer information provided directly into an electronic format and create part profiles in ERP system to support RPA end to end planning.


BASELINE DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS


  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation, dependability, and reliability
  • Manage and organize records and files
  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating effective multitasking and time management skills
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks for all our data systems
  • Scan paperwork, save electronic files, file hard copies, etc.
  • Must maintain data confidentiality and comply with data security regulations as per the company policy
  • Convert field data to project deliverables and maintain tracking such documents for each project.
  • Demonstrates the company values of Hunger, Integrity, Growth Mindset, and Accountability in all tasks and interactions.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Word. Knowledge of other data management software would be beneficial
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to consistently high-quality work.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education or a degree in a relevant field would be an advantage; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be detail-oriented and have hands on working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents.


LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have the ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and operating procedures. Be able to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and speak to customers or employees of organization. Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills required.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.


REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
