Job Details For Data Entry Clerk/Document Scanner

• Temp to hire position
• Accessible to public transportation
• This is an in-person position located in Willow Grove, PA
• Hours-Mon- Fri 7:30am-4pm or 4pm-12:30am-2nd shift available
• Pay Rate: $14/ hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for Data Entry Clerk/ Document Scanner:

• Ensure jobs are set-up to run in the appropriate sequence prior to release while demonstrating high level of productivity and quality
• Maintain a log of all problems encountered during scanning and Image QC and reports issues to Supervisor
• Monitor data flow on an ongoing basis to troubleshoot and ensure smooth operations
• Log the receipt of data and confirm through control total comparison that all data has been received and is processed correctly
• Operate a high speed document scanner

Job Requirements For Data Entry Clerk/ Document Scanner

• Reliable and on-time, 5 days a week
• Clerical experience needed, on-site training available for these specific tasks
• Able to meet time sensitive deadlines
• Able to lift 40 pounds if needed to move a box of papers
• High School Diploma or GED
