Data Entry Clerk – Part Time

Location: Hybrid-must live close to Quincy, Massachusetts, or Salisbury, North Carolina

Duration: 6 months, Contract (likely to extend)

Pay: $30-35/hour

Our Retail client with over $50B in annual revenue has over 2000 stores, across 21 US states, with over 300,000 employees. This company is structured for innovation and implementing new technologies. The Executive leadership team strives for work life balance for all its employees, while also providing extensive opportunities (but not requirements!) for overtime for Contractors. There is a strong focus on keeping employees and contractors’ long term, with some contractors on 3-4+ year contract engagements, while also providing the opportunity for growth (for both employees who have converted permanent, as well as contractors)!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Validate all documents that have been received in order to create new POs.
• Working on a team who are part of the centralized PO (purchase order) processing function.
• Ensure project time is charged to the correct project number.
• Monitor internal approvals of new PO.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Has the ability to do stretch work when needed.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• 2+ years of administrative data entry.
• Experience raising POs in Coupa
• Experience processing POs
• Someone who understands budgets
