Synopsis
The Data Entry Assistant is responsible for receiving incoming communications from our Client’s Permitting Team (Client) and completing the data entry of the lot specific orders with accuracy and timelines to ensure the Production Team’s success in developing high quality repairs and construction documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter Lot documentation into Parsons tracking systems.
- Assist filing all third-party documents related to specific lots (i.e. truss drawings)
- Assist in determining if lot is an original lot or if the lot is a revision to an already submitted lot.
- Update received date on Parsons Tracking Systems after drawings have been received.
- Receive documentation requirements from Client.
Required Skills
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe and Excel skills.
- Exceptional teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Knowledge of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and process.
- Strong customer support skills.
- Ability to work effectively with other project leaders.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Required Experience
- Education: High School Diploma
- 1-2 years minimum of administrative/data-entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
