Job Description

INTEGRATED HEALTH 21, LLC is a national screening company and provider of on-site health and wellness screenings and flu shot clinics for corporations throughout the U.S.

We are looking for help in our Data Entry Department during busy periods. Initial schedule will be 3 days per week, 8-hours each, working in our Brookfield office (not remote).

The successful candidate must exceptional keyboarding (10-key and typing) skills with accuracy and speed, while maintaining confidentiality.

  • After completion of training perform work to an accuracy rate of 95%
  • Follow all standard operating procedures regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulation
  • Must be able to data enter complex alpha and numerical personal health information at a rate set forth by the Administrative Supervisor


Qualifications

  • Two years of experience with data entry responsibilities within an office environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including but not limit ed to: Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
  • Enjoys a fast paced and challenging work environment
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Maintains complete confidentiality and a high degree of accuracy for all work performed
