Data Center Engineer Jobs

Clarity Partners is seeking an onsite Data Center Engineer local to Joliet, IL. This position will support a large-scale client project. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of Data Center infrastructure. This position requires a distinct knowledge of Data Center concepts in areas such as network cabling and wiring, fiber optic services, voice and data wiring, and server and network equipment installation.

Requirements:

• Maintain inventory, replenish stock as needed.
• Document inventory tracking, installations, and any troubleshooting performed.
• Rack and stack servers, switches, firewalls, etc.
• Network cabling and cable management (commonly referred to as ‘Layer1’).
• Manage supplies, and coordinate for installations.
