  • Design, create, automate, and maintain reporting that drives an improved understanding of product usage and end-to-end customer lifecycle
  • Enable product, engineering, and design teams to understand and measure product, business, and customer performance via collaboratively setting OKRs, building dashboards, performing deep-dive analysis, and sharing data insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other teams to improve our data architecture and future-proof our analytics instrumentation.
Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with BI solutions such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, PowerBI, Metabase, etc
  • Consistent record of using data to drive product teams to achieve ambitious goals and influencing company-level outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complicated findings or technical approaches into easy-to-understand data stories
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL in querying and manipulating large datasets
  • BS degree in analytical field: statistics, applied mathematics, economics, engineering etc. or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with visualization and dashboard development and maintenance
  • 5+ years experience as a data analyst, data science, data engineer, or related role
Preferred Requirements:
