Title: Data/Revenue Analyst

Location: Remote from Jacksonville, FL -- first 2 weeks are onsite for training then will be fully remote (must come onsite once a month)

Duration: Direct-Hire

Start Date: 5/22/2023

Work Authorization: United States Citizen or Greencard

Must Haves:

• Experience with large data sets and manipulation
• Applicable internship experience or 1+ year in a similar role
• Clear communication (Personable, able to handle presenting)
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Strong Excel experience (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)

• Finance background (Business, Economics, etc.)
• Power BI
• Programming languages (SQL)

Day-to-Day:

This position will sit fully remote but must be local to the Metro Jacksonville area. The first 2 weeks will be in office for training. This team participates in team building exercises every month.

This candidate will be handling large sets of data for given accounts under Senior Managers. This candidate will work with leadership to analyze data with Excel and researching new methods and processes to improve the business during down time. During the first 10 business days of the month the team goes through accounts and contracts with their teams to discuss any variance within the contract agreements. This candidate will also handle constant ad-hoc requests or outstanding bids to ensure workflow.

In time the analyst will begin to review customer contracts and pull performance data to see how the client's customer is performing in comparison to what was promised in the contract. This data will help the business understand how to escalate as needed. During the shadow portion the candidate will largely be learning the systems and the business. They will learn from those already on the team in building things out while the candidate does it in parallel. The business will then observe how well they follow instruction
