Your responsibilities

At tkMNA, we provide a foundation to foster and support a safe, professional, and fulfilling experience. This Data Analyst Internship is designed to provide on-the-job training and experience for college students.

Our interns engage in various work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity to enable them to gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform at a professional level. Our interns provide support to professional employees working in an organizational function related to the intern's area of study.

Key Accountabilities:

• Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies
• Collaborates with staff and departments in preparing special projects
• Responds to telephone calls and emails
• THIS ROLE DOES REQUIRE SOME TRAVEL**
• Contributes to assigned projects and may assist with the development and maintenance of documentation or records
• Assembles information in a timely and efficient manner
• Works in team environment, communicating as required with all personnel
• Learns organizational processes and procedures
• Helps build reports for various functional groups

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions.
• Project planning skills.
• Applicants should be competitive, assertive, and self-motivated
• Currently enrolled as a Senior, recently graduated (within 1-year), or Pursuing a Master's Degree from an accredited university or college with Purchasing, Finance/Accounting, Business, Supply Chain Programs or similar degree programs
• Entry-level knowledge and skill within specified area of professional specialty.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Must have the ability to think critically, multi-task, and keep up in a fast-paced environment is critical.

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, SAP, and/or Power BI
• Project planning skills.

This is an onsite, full-time internship opportunity with one of our largest and growing divisions! This Data Analyst will last 3-6 months (extension possible).

Our Interns will partake in various activities throughout their term to enhance their experience and present an awesome presentation at the end of the internship experience to our executive team and managers!
