Your MISSION
With a good knowledge of your field, the Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and exploiting available and relevant data to improve activities steering and identify levers for creating value for the company.
Your ACHIEVEMENTS
  • Business activities have the action recommendations they need to create value
  • Time and resources/tools needed to govern and analyze data are optimized
  • Relevant Data to meet customer need are identified, captured and selected
  • Company offers, services or processes are optimized through knowledge gained through data analysis and valuation
  • Data are analyzed and shared in an accessible format to all through data visualizations
  • Group prescriptions on ethics and data governance are enforced and respected
Your RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Data quality, ethics, and security
  • Data Collection, manipulation, or visualization
  • Maintaining and optimizing data systems and databases
  • Ensures protection and integrity of information on its perimeter
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and supply chain, to identify areas for data analysis and drive data-informed decisions
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets using SQL and other programming languages
  • Meets ethical rules in the use of data
  • Designing and implementing interactive dashboards and data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Identify and understands issues the company is facing and relevant data sources for its scope
  • Communication and value creation
  • Developing data models and creating reports using Power BI and other data visualization tools that inform cross-functional teams of key metrics and KPIs
  • Analyzes results, identifies trends and/or ideas for action and makes recommendations based on the analysis of data collected
Requirements
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with other programming languages such as Python or R
  • Experience with other data visualization tools such as MicroStrategy or Pi Vision
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling
  • Preferred Qualification: Microsoft PL-300 Certification
  • Experience with data governance and data quality assurance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
