Our solution is disrupting existing data & media monetization models by enabling retailers to remain in control of their revenue.

As a Data Analyst, you will have the ability to directly influence our customers’ interaction with their most important clients. Huge data sets will be your playground, and your main responsibility will be to provide actionable, data-based insights reports directly to decision-makers in a clear and effective manner. You will define, develop, and maintain analytical reports to improve our clients’ performance. Your success is their growth.

Responsibilities

• Define new data analysis methodologies and KPIs to track and improve business cases
• Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of the business requirements
• Competence in delivering reports and creating presentations to communicate analyses to a non-analytical audience
• Ability to articulate the value of each dashboard/analysis/report, and how to use it
• Support analytical meetings and training sessions of the analytical deliverables
• Translate data and findings into actionable/strategic insights using storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills
• Generate performance trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop & Maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and customers
• Create efficient analytic processes/dashboards/models, ready to scale

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience querying and extracting data from databases
• Expert in Excel
• Excellent analytical skills, combined with business acumen
• High proficiency level of SQL - MUST
• Data story-telling expert; ability to deliver & explain insights and recommendations to non-analytical people
• Readiness to work in a high-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, Science/Data Systems Management, or equivalent background
• Experience in a data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
• Hands on experience in developing reports and Dashboards with BI tools
• Experience in data modeling in BI / Analytics tools - MUST
• Experience with Retail, FMCG, and shopper insights is a big advantage
