Data Admin

Pay Rate: $23/hr

W2

100% Remote- PST hours

  • Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
  • Self-starter, detail and results oriented.
  • Data analytics/admin background
  • Around 1 year of ERP System (Oracle, SAP Ariba, or similar)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
  • Customer service is very necessary, as they'll work with the enterprise and vendors.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Procurement/Purchase order experience
  • Ability to navigate and drive varying stakeholder needs, customer service oriented.
  • Strong data entry skills with Excel- attention to detail, keying a lot of data and reading through a lot of forms.

Day-to-Day

An employer is looking for a Data Admin in a Remote location. This person will be supporting item setup activities for Sourcing operations team whom supports sourcing administrative tasks, relatively new, more administrative items, maintaining and gathering the correct data to support the supply team. This is the item to centralizing the data maintenance for the supply chain. Validating and monitoring process and data integrity across multiple systems in support of business unit decisions. Audits moderately complex new and existing database systems applications to ensure that appropriate controls exist, that processing is efficient and accurate and that standardized processes are in place to support business unit needs.


Daily schedule:

  • Cut Purchase Orders for suppliers
  • Creating and maintaining blanket purchase agreements and purchase orders
  • Supporting suppliers through on-boarding process
  • Managing the Item setup process to support our partners in Sourcing
  • Data entry related to purchasing documents
  • They’ll receive a lot of requests via the intake tools or email, or asked to for example set up or update an item or supplier
  • Creating Purchase orders in the accurate system
  • Provide analytical and administrative support to sourcing managers.
  • Focusing on Pos (heavy emphasis) /suppliers (light emphasis)
