We are looking for a Cyber Project Analyst to use their experience to strengthen Veterans Affairs (VA) cybersecurity. You will work with the client to review independent cybersecurity assessments and support the implementation of any recommended actions. You will work with engineers to create reports, track metrics, and establish objectives and key results for remediation as well as develop executive-level briefings in support of the findings. You will participate in working groups to support remediation efforts based on findings. This is your opportunity to use your experience in data gathering, application and tools analysis, and client reporting. Join us as we protect our nation's cyber infrastructure.
This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., including the District of Columbia.
Required:
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in the management consulting field, including strategy and stakeholder management, and providing support to organizational leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience with project management, including skills such as developing project metrics, business process mapping, written, and visual communication.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity operations, federal compliance standards, FISMA, and NIST 800 series
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- 5+ years of experience with building, planning, managing, and maintaining program metrics and leadership presentations.
- Ability to gather, analyze data to create program reports and deliverables understand and articulate risk associated with various programs, and define desired end state for various programs, develop roadmaps to achieve the end state, and assist program owners in tracking roadmap activities.
- Experience with writing and producing executive-level deliverables including drafting Congressional Responses
- B.S. Degree in a technical field.

- Experience with and deep understanding of Microsoft Suite of security tools
- Experience working with the VA or Federal clients.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Ability to provide excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
