Core Responsibilities

As our first Customer Success Solution Architect, you will work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer on the following:

· Partner closely with enterprise customers to deliver high-impact use cases around 10x personalized content creation and velocity.

· Work hands-on with customers on prompting, templates and workflows as well as deliver training and provide technical support to ensure customers are successful.

· Track progress of use cases and outcomes against initial business cases and value roadmap and refine as needed.

· Develop a library of top use cases to help customers share and learn amongst each other and drive value realization.

· Serve as the “voice of the customer” and provide regular feedback to product and engineering teams to iterate on product and inform our product roadmap.

· Codify best practices, develop an effective process to scale and help build out the team.


Minimum Qualifications

· At least 5+ years in technical consulting, delivery, solution architecture and/or customer success roles in B2B enterprise SaaS, top consulting firms and/or within an enterprise customer.

· Track record of helping to technically deliver solutions ideally around marketing use cases.

· Reputation of being “customer centric” with a deep understanding of the customers’ needs while being able to navigate and effectively work in large, complex and matrixed enterprises.

· Strong problem solver who is a self-starter, proactive and works collaboratively with others.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a similar field.

· In-depth understanding of SaaS products and services, with experience in B2B sales.
