Customer Service Specialist Jobs

This is a benefits customer service role with expectations to up sell products/overcome potential objections. All inbound calls from consumers who have questions about benefit/insurance packages.

Position Responsibilities

• Ability to understand and explain in detail product options to clients
• Sales to consumers including; individual products education, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Around 25-30 inbound phone calls with consumers or agents
• Commitment to constantly improve the consumer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy people, building rapport, and being on the phone.
• Team player who is fun and enjoys working in a positive environment.
• Experience in retail or other direct to consumer environments
• BA or AA degree highly preferred

• Tech savvy and able to multi-task.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm.
