Job Details For Customer Service Representative

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM -4:00PM
• Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Job Responsibilities & Description For Customer Service Representative

• Field incoming calls regarding product pricing and availability
• Process customer orders into system to
• Communicate via phone/email with customers in a manner that promotes dialogue and establishes rapport
• Follow established department policies and procedures
• Plan and schedule customer order ship dates using lead times as provided by management

Job Requirements For Customer Service Representative

• Willingness to take direction and feedback well
• Experience with Syteline Manufacturing system a plus but not necessary
• Demonstrable and exceptionable written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work well with others as an effective team member
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
• Proven experience and proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to learn and retain detailed information quickly
• Ability to learn from ones mistakes with a positive and proactive demeanor
• High School or equivalent education
• Excellent communication and computer skills are required, along with one to two years customer service experience.
• High level of enthusiasm with a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
