We’re looking for a highly motivated and proactive Customer Service Representative who will help maintain exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction.
The Role:
The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for interacting with customers between multi-channel communications, identifying customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction, and achieving customer loyalty.
Location:
Louisville, KY - Onsite Monday - Thursday, Work from Home Friday
Responsibilities Can Include:
  • Identify the appropriate and creative response and strategies to solve customer issues and inquiries in a timely manner that is on-brand and in line with company values
  • Manage a high volume of multi-channel communications and customer support requests via email, live chat, and text
  • Moderate website reviews, content, and returns
  • Operating various internal software, including shipping and fulfillment, subscription, and rewards applications
  • Provide customers with product recommendations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Prepares weekly and monthly CS reports
  • Working closely with other internal departments such as our Social Media, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse Teams
  • Communicates and serves customers with empathy, positive attitude and professionalism
  • Impact customer loyalty and retention by creating and tracking personalized offers
Requirements
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and time manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, NetSuite, etc. is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to analyze customer data and has problem-solving skills
