Job Description
Onsite Customer Support Representative
Training Hours: 7 a-3:30p Starting June 26th
Location: Onsite in Grindstone, PA
111 Roberts Rd Suite 400, Grindstone, PA 15442
Production Hours: M – F 7a-8p; SAT &SUN 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Schedule: Assigned on a 1 st come 1 st serve Basis
About The Customer Support Representative
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring the customer’s needs are met via email and chat. NO CALLS! The rep will provide exceptional service to existing customers who are Veterans and First Responders.
Responsibilities
  • Handle and communicate via chat sessions from customers.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assist customers.
  • Quickly assess customer needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments.
  • Look up information to provide answers and recommendations.
  • Input information from interactions into customer management system.
  • Explain promotions in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs.
  • Good organizational skills and work habits
  • Reliable and conscientious
  • Successfully pass a background check
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Must have HS diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm or greater.
  • Exceptional grammar/spelling
  • Familiar with written correspondence
  • Must be at least 18
  • Ability to m ultitask using various systems.
  • Comfortable using PC platforms, Microsoft Office
