Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collect payment from customers
• Assist the Management staff with various clerical duties as needed
• Maintain the appearance of the showroom/service area
• Greet and assist customers who enter the facility
• Answer incoming calls and inquires
• Regularly update customers on the repair status of their vehicle

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Friendly and team player
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Positive attitude
