Customer Service Representative Flexible Schedule Monday To Sunday $13.50/Hr

Duties Include: Assist customers with requested services such as fuel, catering, hangar space, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc. Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns regarding the Company’s services or products. Comply with Company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, ramp, safety and security procedures. Communicate with customers via telephone, fax, face to face, email, and radio. Invoice customers for services rendered. Receive cash, credit card, and check payments. Set up new accounts; maintain records and reports, and other clerical duties. Maintain and stock information, materials and amenities in the customer service areas. Maintain and balance fuel inventory truck sheets. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Work Experience

• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Excellent calculating skills. Must score 75% success
• Have a telephone and reliable transportation.
• Proficient computer skills. Must score 75% success on Excell
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, nights weekends, holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
